It is an AI assistant that sits on the website and answers immediately, and it also takes the same conversations over WhatsApp and email so nothing depends on which channel a customer happened to pick. It qualifies enquiries, collects the details a human would have asked for, and keeps follow-ups from being forgotten.
On WooCommerce it goes further than a scripted FAQ. It reads the store's live catalogue — price, stock, variations, dimensions — so its answers change when the shop does. There is no separate knowledge base to maintain and no risk of quoting last month's price.
It speaks 46 languages and picks the right one from the visitor automatically, which matters for shops selling across borders.
